Since 2004, we have maintained a high quality of workmanship, while meeting scheduling needs.
Our first project was the installation of HVAC upgrades at West Carrollton High School. Fast forward to 2017, when we received an Award of Merit from Associated Builders and Contractors for the Centerville High School Design-Build project, which was a major engineering and construction undertaking that involved the installation of centrifugal chillers, a cooling tower, central pumping system, and BACnet controls.
We started out with 6 employees, and have since more than tripled in size. While many things have changed in our 16 years of doing business, one constant is our commitment in always providing that "small company feeling" for our employees. Being a small company is not only beneficial for our employees, it also extends to our customers, who know we have the stability, commitment, flexibility, and long-term outlook necessary to get the job done.
